Service descriptions:

• 4 years – Valid for four years from the date of purchase of the device. The target device must have an equally long onsite warranty
• Tech Install CRU – Some parts of the computer are so-called CRU (Customer Replaceable Unit) parts, which are intended to be replaced by the user in possible fault situations (Lenovo provides the replacement part). If a technician is required to perform the part replacement onsite in all service cases, the Tech Install CRU additional service is necessary
