Service descriptions:

• Sealed Battery – The extended service covers the device’s built-in battery and includes one battery replacement during the validity of the extended service if the device’s built-in diagnostics report the battery condition as poor (“Poor”). The built-in battery is not user-replaceable; to replace it, a service must be ordered from Lenovo support.
• Covers only the built-in battery, not external/removable batteries

Compatibility:

• Includes, among others, the models listed below. The target device must have a 3-year warranty.
• Check compatibility primarily with Lenovo Smart Find system at https://smartfind.lenovo.com/services/
• Incompatible extended service plans will be refunded
• The extended service must be registered during the device’s factory warranty period
