Service descriptions:

• Sealed Battery – The extended warranty covers the device’s built-in battery and includes one battery replacement during the warranty period if the device’s built-in diagnostics indicate poor battery condition (“Poor”). The built-in battery is not user-replaceable; for replacement, service must be ordered from Lenovo support.
• Covers only the built-in battery, not external/removable batteries
