Service descriptions:

• 5 years – Valid for five years from the date of purchase of the device. The target device must have an onsite warranty of the same length
• Tech Install CRU – Some computer parts are so-called CRU (Customer Replaceable Unit) parts, which are intended to be replaced by the user in case of faults (Lenovo provides the replacement part). If a technician is required to come onsite to perform the part replacement in all service cases, the Tech Install CRU add-on service is necessary
