Service descriptions:

• 2 years – Valid for two years from the device purchase date. The target device must have an equally long onsite warranty
• Tech Install CRU – Some computer parts are so-called CRU (Customer Replaceable Unit) parts, which are intended to be replaced by the user themselves in possible fault situations (Lenovo provides the replacement part). If a technician is required on-site to perform part replacements in all service cases, the Tech Install CRU additional service is necessary
