Lenovo Service Extension is an easy and affordable way to minimize issues caused by repair cases.

Service descriptions:

• 36 months – The service extension is valid for three years from the purchase date of the target device
• On-Site – The service provider primarily aims to guide device repair over the phone and, if necessary, send parts by mail. If needed, the service provider will send a technician on-site to resolve the issue.
• NBD – The technician will perform necessary actions the next business day if the request is received by the service provider by 4:00 PM.

• Compatible with, among others, S200, S400, S500, ThinkCentre M700, M73, M800, M810, M900, M910, M93, P9, X1, V510

Service extensions are registered in the system approximately one week after purchase.

Registration requires the serial number of the target device.
