Service descriptions:

• 3 years – The extended service is valid for three years from the date of device purchase
• Onsite – The service center primarily aims to guide device repairs over the phone and send parts by mail. If necessary, a technician will be dispatched to the location to resolve the issue

Compatibility:

• For example, Ideapad 100, 100S, 110, 110S models, which come with a standard 1-year Depot warranty
• Check compatibility primarily with the Lenovo Smart Find system at https://smartfind.lenovo.com/services/
• Non-compatible extended service plans will be refunded
• The extended service must be registered during the device’s factory warranty period

Extended service plans are registered in the system approximately one week after purchase.

Registration requires the serial number of the target device.
