Service descriptions:

• 4 years – The extended warranty is valid for four years from the date of purchase of the device
• Onsite – The service center primarily aims to guide device repairs over the phone and send parts by mail. If necessary, a technician will be sent onsite to resolve the issue

• Models with a standard 1-year depot warranty (see list below)
