All basic functions operate entirely locally without an internet connection, so the system remains functional even during network disruptions. The device includes its own web server, allowing control directly without a separate hub or gateway.
The Shelly 2PM Gen4 automatically measures the electricity consumption of each channel separately. Consumption data is easily viewable in the Shelly Smart Control app and can be utilized for home automation adjustments and monitoring.
