The Xplora X6 2nd Gen is a children’s smartwatch that serves as a safe and easy-to-use alternative to a smartphone for ages 6–11. The watch features an eSIM connection, enabling smooth and effortless communication without a physical SIM card. Parents can manage contacts and settings via the Xplora Guardian app, enhancing safety and peace of mind in daily life. The watch supports calls and messaging with approved contacts only and does not have open internet access or social media apps.
The watch can make and receive calls from up to 50 approved contacts. Additionally, sending messages, pictures, and emojis is simple. GPS tracking helps monitor the child’s location in real time, and geofence settings send notifications to parents when the child arrives at or leaves designated areas. The SOS button provides quick contact with primary guardians in emergencies.
The watch includes a School Mode that prevents interruptions during lessons. The built-in 5-megapixel camera allows for taking photos and videos. To track physical activity, the watch offers a pedometer connected to the Xplora Activity Platform. This child-friendly ecosystem combines physical activity with digital rewards, encouraging children to move more.
