The Peak Design Anchor Mount is a compact and discreet solution for attaching a strap directly to the bottom of the camera. Unlike traditional tripod plates, the Anchor Mount does not block access to the battery compartment or the use of articulating screens. When you attach one end of the strap to the Anchor Mount, the camera hangs lens-down, providing increased stability and comfort, especially with longer lenses.
The durable and weather-resistant anodized aluminum construction makes the mount long-lasting, and its design ensures discreet use. The Anchor Mount is compatible with all Peak Design straps and anchors, but it can also be used with regular OEM neck and wrist straps (strap ends up to 11 mm wide). Attachment is secured to a standard 1/4″-20 tripod thread using the included 4 mm hex key.
Please note that the Anchor Mount is not compatible with tripod or Capture mounts. However, it is an excellent choice when you want a compact, secure, and practical way to carry your camera comfortably on the go.
