The M8550 is a 5G Mobile Wi-Fi router that provides a fast and stable wireless connection with download speeds of up to 3.4 Gbps. The device supports the latest Wi-Fi 6E technology and operates on a tri-band AXE3600 network, allowing multiple devices to be used simultaneously without slowing down the connection. The M8550 utilizes the 5G network, enabling download speeds of up to 3.4 Gbps and upload speeds of 900 Mbps. Wi-Fi 6E support across three different frequency bands (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz) ensures smooth and fast wireless connectivity for multiple devices simultaneously. This makes it suitable for home offices or small business wireless networks.
The device includes a gigabit WAN/LAN port, USB-C power connector, nano-SIM card slot, and microSD card slot supporting up to 2 TB of storage (memory card sold separately). The M8550’s internal battery provides mobility without constant access to mains power. The touchscreen makes network management easy and quick, and VPN support offers secure remote connections.
VPN encryption with the Wireguard protocol protects connections to remote servers. Additionally, the device supports WPA-PSK and WPA2-PSK encryption as well as wireless MAC filtering, enhancing network security. The DHCP server and device lists simplify network management and device connections.
