The Beany Zero 20 bicycle is a lightweight and practical children’s bike, especially suitable for children aged 5–8 years with a height of 105–125 cm. The bike weighs only 6.9 kg without pedals, making it easy to handle and carry. Its ergonomic design and reduced dimensions of the handlebars and brake levers make riding comfortable and safe for young cyclists.
The bike frame is made of triple butted 6061 aluminum, making it light yet durable. The front fork is also aluminum, and its structure supports the bike’s agility and maneuverability.
The Beany Zero 20 is equipped with a Shimano ALTUS 7R 1×7 shifter and Shimano FT35 rear derailleur, providing smooth and effortless gear changes. This allows for easy shifting without requiring much force, making riding and control easier for the child.
The bike features reliable Tektro 837AL V-brakes and small Solely.jr brake levers designed to fit a child’s hand. The riding position is ergonomic and comfortable, supporting good posture and riding comfort even on longer rides.
The bike’s maximum load is 70 kg. The saddle height can be adjusted between 550 mm and 700 mm, and the handlebar height is up to 700 mm. Tire width can be up to 1.90″. The bike geometry has been designed in collaboration with children’s physiotherapists to ensure safe and comfortable riding.
The bike is carefully packed in a factory box and partially assembled to ensure it arrives safely.
The assembly level may vary slightly depending on the model, but the bike can usually be made ride-ready with a few simple steps, such as attaching the pedals and adjusting the saddle and handlebars. Brakes and drivetrain may also require adjustment.
